High Fat Delicious Smoothie Recipe!

Hello my beautiful babies! I am currently on a healthy weight gain journey and toning my whole body at the same damn time. I have currently changed my entire diet and I have learned some great new recipes.
With that being said I want to share one of the CHEAPEST smoothies recipe that I adore. It's so delicious that I have to make my three year old daughter a separate serving. I hope you love it as much as I do .
 To make this smoothie you need

1.  Four pieces of ice

2.   One whole banana cut up

3.Vanilla almond milk ( I don't drink regular milk)

4.Your favorite protein powder ( my protein powder is vanilla flavored as well)

5.Three spoonful's of peanut butter ( your choice of peanut butter)

6.BLEND BABY BLEND!

I absolute love this smoothie it taste just like nutty bar! I am drink one as I type but keep that between you and I . However babies if you want to make this low fat simply remove the peanut butter.
