Stop Under Eye Creasing

So if you clicked on this post you may be experiencing fine lines, wrinkles , or crows feet. Which are the worst and there are no age restrictions on this problem. I am in my very early twenties and whenever I applied makeup. I was so confused on why every little line on my face was showing throughout my makeup. Especially under my eyes however the skin under our eyes is the most sensitive on our face. So I began researching on how I could not have this problem and I solved it . Now I am here to help you guys out I am not a makeup artist I am a makeup geek! Always keep in mind that no makeup application looks amazing without a good skin care routine.  I want to list my top five tips on how to control the unwanted lines that we all experience!

1. Whenever applying foundation please make sure that you are using the correct foundation for your skin. I have dry skin but, for over a year now I was using a mattifying foundations. That was also not the correct under tone color for my skin. Silly I know but can you blame a girl for trying. After all who doesn't love a matte look but now I realize my skin is not suitable for matte looks. So I use  a luminous ,dewy, and smooth foundation routine something that is very hydrating for the skin. However you may be able to handle a matte look so please make sure you use what works best for your skin. We have to pay attention to the base of our makeup application in order to have great results.

2. If you deal with heavy under eye creasing please my friend please do not place any foundation under your eyes. The only products that should be placed under your eye is under eye primer, concealer, and a setting powder. These three products will not give you any kind of unflattering look. So use the product where you need it and don't apply it where you don't.

3. Use all hydrating products under your eyes! Whenever you use drying products than it will be more likely to crease up quickly while settling in your fine lines. I can't set my under eyes with Ben Nye Banana powder because it is way to drying for me. Even with a setting spray so I use a powder such as Laura mercier translucent powder which is not heavy at all. This rule applies to each product being used on your under eyes.

4. Use minimal product that goes for foundations, concealers and powders. I use to watch some YouTube videos and I would wonder how are they so flawless after applying so many products. When I would try the same makeup tutorials that some of the biggest beauty gurus would suggest. I would look like I baked my face in powder and sprinkled fine line as a topping. There is a fine line between packing makeup on or giving yourself a full coverage flawless look. You can still cover up dark circles, scaring , pigmented skin marks. Just use enough to get the job done after all I use to believe color correcting was a requirement for my makeup routine. Now I understand it is not necessary. I can still get full coverage, dewy, long lasting result without applying every product in Shepora.

5. Blend baby blend I mean blend until your arms fall off. I can crease throughout the day at times so I carry around a beauty blender to hook myself up if I need to. Blending all your products you have applied out will help prolong your makeup look. While decreasing the opportunity for a large amount of product to sit in one area.

These are a few tips that have help me create flawless looks crease free. An these are a few YouTube videos that also helped me.
